Applewood Mines is located near Dodge Juncture in The Frontier. It can be accessed from the entrance at the side of the highest plateau that is facing the small town.
Sandbearer Bats can be found roaming in only 2 rooms, levels 46 and levels 50 and if you want to retreat, make sure to run a far as you can from their territory. You may even hear them when you are close to them.
Sandbearer Bats can be kinda repulsed by sources of light such as a lantern, but not by the torches in the cave. The Sandbearer Bats will constantly try to attack you even if you carry a source of light with you.
This labyrinth has rooms connected by circular tunnels with specific rooms containing 5 of the different mineable ores; Iron, Marble, Sandstone, Titanium and Spatial Crystal.
You will find a large cavern where you can easily mine Marble Dust and Sandstone. You can mine Sandstone with a chisel to have a small chance at mining Electrum Fragment or a broken piece(s) of a Phoenix Armor. From mining Sandstone with a chisel you also have a chance at mining Electrum Hoofband, Electrum Diadem and Electrum Amulet.
Inside of the Applewood Mines
Iron Ores. Before the Marble & Sandstone area there is a small area with 2 stalagmites and 1 stalactite 'almost' touching together where you'll find iron ores.
Titanium(lvl 35 mining) is found in the first room with water with 2 lvl 46 Sandbearer Bats.
And the Spatial Crystals(lvl 40 mining) are found in the very last room that's hard to reach filled with 3 lvl 50 Sandbearer Bats. There's a guide written on the Spatial Crystal page for how to reach them.
You can light up the torch stands without requiring a source of fire, but the torch stands will only ignite for you locally, other players will not see you igniting the torch stands. Sandbearer Bats do not run away from these torch stands.
