Cold Steel is a Pegasus NPC who can be seen standing near the main buildings in the Wheat Farm. He is the only NPC currently at the Wheat Farm.
He wears a Brass Helmet and Brass Back Plate.
He gives out the Dishonorably Discharged quest.
