Crank is a pegasus NPC who can be found on the top floor of the Weather Factory in Cloudopolis. His Talent Mark, which is a wooden hammer, suggests that he might have a job as a mechanic. He participates in the pegasus tutorial quest.

- Prior to Open Server Event 10, Crank could be found behind the counter of the Cloudopolis Post Office. Air Mail is now in that location.
