The Cyclone is a ranged attack that only Pegasus can learn within their respective Flying talent. It has a mechanic that the damage dealt is based on the distance how far or short the range is when the player attacks, as the cyclone starts out small and becomes bigger over distances.
In short, the Cyclone deals more damage if used from farther away, and deal less at closer range.
