General Messerschmitt's Speech is an item that is given to the player from Miss Chanteuse as part of A Four Star Restaurant quest so as to pass it to Ensign Snipe. This item cannot be sold. According to Ensign Snipe, it is a script written by Commodore Messerschmitt for the new cadets.
