Karkadanns are mobs found in the Heartlands, The Frontier and in Bramble Woods. They can be found roaming near the Hermit's Cottage, in the area with several Rocs and Living Bushes; a pair are also found near the level 10 Dragon across the river from Alien Torch. In The Frontier, there are 2 near the Rocs on top of the mesa to the East of Applewood.

In the Bramble Woods instance, there are a pair that can be found just before the exit area with the Haetea; take the right-hand path at the 3-way split just after the hornet hive. These two are the only source in the game for Mango Seeds, although the drop rate is extremely rare.

Behavior

A Karkadann's method of attack is by charging; they have an attack animation, but they will sometimes stand still and stare at the player with a ready-to-attack pose from a few steps away. They will stay like that until you move.

Trivia

• The name 'Karkadann', also known as the Persian Unicorn, is an mythical creature, said to inhabit the grassy plains and deserts of Persia and Northern Africa. 
• The Karkadanns in the Heartlands and the Frontier are found to be aggressive, but in the Bramble Woods, you'll find a couple of Level 35 Karkadanns being Passive unless provoked.
