Peacebloom is a pegasus NPC in Cloudopolis who can be found at the bottom of the rainbow waterfall. When a player speaks to Peacebloom, a humorous conversation will start where the player gets Peacebloom to confess that she is stealing water from the rainbow lake. After that, the player has the option to accept the Chlorophiliac quest.
