Storm Chaser is a pegasus NPC found sitting on a bench outside the hospital in Cloudopolis. Her dialogue during Foal Speed Ahead suggests that she is a little reckless in her pursuit of adventure. She gives out the Thirty Minutes or Less quest and is involved in the Foal Speed Ahead tutorial quest.
