Sunlit Chaser is a pegasus NPC who can be found along the runway near the academy of Cloudopolis while the player is still a foal.
Windhover will direct pegasi players who have chosen flying as their talent mark to speak with Sunlit Chaser during the Full Yellow Jacket quest.
He can also be found grown up after a player graduates.
